If I or a loved one of mine were a victim of medical malpractice, I would tell them to contact an attorney as soon as they suspect something is wrong. The sooner we can get on the case, the sooner we can figure out what happened, get the medical records, and see what we can do to help you.

As soon as we take on a medical malpractice case, the first three things we look for are what happened, where it happened, and what damages happened because of the potential negligence. It’s not enough for a doctor to have just messed something up. There has to be a damages portion from what happened. So we look for that when we’re assessing cases in the beginning stages.
