Deanna McGuckin is a paralegal at Ostroff Godshall, where she supports attorneys and clients in personal injury matters throughout the litigation process. Her experience includes work on motor vehicle, premises liability, and product liability cases, with a strong focus on organization, deadline management, and keeping cases moving efficiently from filing through resolution.
At OG Law, Deanna assists with many aspects of litigation and case management, including drafting and organizing legal documents, managing discovery materials, coordinating records and expert reports, maintaining deadlines, and supporting arbitration and trial preparation. She also works closely with clients and helps ensure cases are handled with consistency, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the process.
Before joining the firm, Deanna spent the last seven years working as a paralegal in civil litigation roles involving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and federal court matters. Her background includes drafting discovery materials and other case documents; preparing and organizing motions, memoranda, and other pleadings; organizing exhibits; coordinating depositions; managing attorney calendars; and handling insurance and lien-related matters.
Deanna earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from West Chester University and completed her Paralegal Certification through Villanova University. She is known for a dependable, detail-oriented approach and for helping support the preparation and progression of cases in a fast-paced litigation environment.
