While assisting a gunshot victim outside a hospital, our client was suddenly dragged by a vehicle that accelerated away from the scene. She sustained a fractured fibula, bone bruising in her leg, and a muscle strain. She continues physical therapy as part of her recovery, and the vehicle involved was identified as a long-overdue rental.
